motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Intern. This is a
work-from-home opportunity with flexible hours and a chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure organization’s tax compliance and fulfill obligations.
  • Maintain and update client database on the organization’s e-platform.
  • Collaborate with supervisor and manage client inquiries, applications and responses.
  • Follow up on signed tasks and ensure smooth task delivery within agreed deadlines
  • Communicate with clients and schedule virtual meetings for both clients and the research team
  • Establish new linkages with clients and contribute to marketing efforts
  • Update social media platforms and company website
  • Travel to project sites for follow-up and marketing purposes (when required)
  • Assist with various tasks assigned by the research team on an as-needed basis


  • Diploma or above in a relevant field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms including virtual meeting platforms like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Discord, or similar
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and designing
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while ensuring availability for in-person meetings as and when necessary
  • Access to a functioning laptop or computer, stable internet connection, and constant electricity supply


  • Monthly token of 6000 KES (approximately 40 USD) for 6 months (subject to review after the first phase of the internship)
  • Monthly internet support of 250 KES
  • Monthly communication allowance of 250 KES

Reporting line
You will be reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations.
